Hello and welcome to another blog post! This one is all about Nourished life and the awesome items I picked up in their moving sale recently! They had 15% off store wide recently so I picked up so new and some favourite items!

Nourished Life are an Australian online store specialising in toxic-free cruelty-free products! They have a huge vegan range too which is great and all items that are vegan are stated so in the description.

If you have seen my recent Flora & Fauna Haul you would have seen I bought my first Hannahpad. I picked up another one to try out. As they are a little pricey I will be slowly getting a few more so I have enough for each month. If you’re not sure about these or think they are a bit gross I urge you to have a look into the stats of how many disposable pads and tampons go into landfill each year!

I tried out a sample size of this late last year and fell in love. I love using it for really dry spots like elbows and feet as it’s a super thick body butter that melts into the skin. It has a gorgeous coconut and lime scent which makes you just want to eat it. I love Ethique products because they don’t use plastic packaging at all!

I’ve recently gotten back into diffusing essential oils and I’ve been diffusing them all day everyday so I’ve been going through all my essential oils very fast so I was in need of some new ones. Lavender is my favourite hands down as it helps with my anxiety and overall mental health. I love using Women’s Blend when I’m on my period to help with PMS, Tea Tree is great for so many things and I use to for all different things! ECO. Aroma is my favourite brand for essential oils because they are Australian based company with super affordable essential oils and they aren’t a multi level marketing company too 😀

The Fit Foodie protein ball mixes in cookie dough and chocolate & chia are my all time favourite protein ball mixes to make. They are super easy, super yummy and healthy! I’ve tried a lot of different protein balls and haven’t had great success with the taste so I was so happy when I found these. They are a little on the pricer side but you get about 12-15 balls from a packet so they last a few days!

You can view the Cookie Dough ones here!
