Empties |November Edition

Welcome to another Empties post! Just a pre warning, this is going to be a lengthy post cause I have quite a bit to go through. As always there will be mini reviews of each product. I have also decided to do a seperate post for my Lush Empties.

Kester Black Nail Polish Remover $20.00

This is my favourite nail polish remover. I picked this up in a sale from a website I can’t remember when they were closing down. I really like the Hanami nail polish remover but I find it is a bit oily so the Kester Black one is my first go to. You can also buy this from Flora and Fauna.

Life Basics 100% Biodegradable Charcoal Infused Floss Picks $4.95

This is my second pack of floss picks and I definitely prefer them over the regular floss as I find the floss picks easier to use for the back teeth that are awkward to get to. I love that these are biodegradable as well! I will be repurchasing these again for sure.

Dr Alkaitis Organic Purifying Facial Cleanser

I bought the starter kit of the Dr Alkaitis skincare range and this was the cleanser that came with it. I found this cleanser didn’t really do anything for my skin and I didn’t notice an difference and it did dry my skin out a bit. I won’t be repurchasing this as it’s expensive and I have cheaper cleansers that do the job.

Atom 100% Pure Moroccan Argan Oil $48.00

This was my second bottle of this and I love it. I used it on my face as a moisturiser and mostly in my hair on the ends as I have naturally dry hair. It’s a fast absorbing oil that is light on the skin and hair and this bottle lasts ages!

Brite Mango Masque for Dry Hair $9.99

I also pick up this hair masque when Priceline has their 50% off haircare sale. It smells amazing and helps my dry hair. I like to leave it on for about 30 minutes to an hour.

Australis Lash & Brow Extender Gel $11.49

This is another product that I’ve been using for years and always go between this and the Essence brow gel. It does the job where your brow hairs don’t move at all.

Dr Bronner’s 18-in-1 Hemp Rose Pure-Castile Soap $5.06

If you have seen my instagram you know I love Dr Bronner’s soap. You can use it to clean makeup brushes and sponges with, wash your clothes and so many other things.

Dr Bronner’s 18-in-1 Hemp Eucalyptus Pure-Castile Soap $19.95

Now Solution Castor Oil $8.18

I used this castor oil and mixed it with Jojoba oil to make a hair treatment and brow treatment. Castor Oil is known for helping hair to grow and it really does! It’s made my eyebrows come in a bit thicker and my lashes have grown longer.

The Jojoba Company Australian Jojoba Oil $29.95

I don’t really like jojoba oil on my skin as moisturiser so I usually go for Rose Hip Oil but this was great mixed with Castor Oil and I also used to make fake blood with this for halloween haha.

Derma E Vitamin E Intensive Therapy Body Lotion $13.72

I really enjoyed this body lotion, it’s really moisturising and you only need a small bit to cover your arms. I wish it came in a bigger size but I would definitely repurchase.

Daily Naturals Detangler Leave-In Conditioner Spray $17.45

I really liked this spray as a detangler and it made brushing my curly hair so much easier but it didn’t really conditioner my hair. I probably would repurchase it.

La Vanila Vanilla and Grapefruit Perfume $80.00

This perfume is a mix of Madagascar Vanilla & Grapefruit and smells so damn good. I’m sad I’ve finished this but will definitely be repurchasing. The only down side was that it didn’t last all day on the skin but that doesn’t bother me as I always spray myself during the day.

Thank you for reading and I’ll have my Lush Empties up soon!
