I can’t believe it’s September already! This year has gone by so fast, anyway’s here are some beauty products I’ve been loving for the month of August.
I have two eyeshadow palettes that I’ve been loving and I’ve basically been only using these palettes this month. The first palette I would like to share with you is the Supernatural palette by Lunatick Cosmetic Labs
Supernatural Palette by Lunatick Cosmetic Labs $49.00
These coffin shaped palette comes with 5 shades that can be used together or by themselves. The shadows are buttery, smooth and blend like a dream.
I bought mine from here: https://www.beserk.com.au/products/supernatural-coffin-palette
Treasure Chest Palette by Mermaid Salon $35.95
The Treasure Chest palette is the second palette that I’ve been loving this month. You can create so many different eye looks with this palette and it also has matte shadows for brows so it’s a 2-in-1. I’ve swatched all shadows in this palette and they are all equally pigmented, I’ve also used nearly every shadow on the eye and they have all blended extremely well. I find the shadows work best with a eye shadow primer.
Witch Lash Mascara by Medusa’s Makeup $15.95
I’ve been on the hunt for a good mascara since Too Faced was sold as Better Than Sex use to be my favourite mascara. Witch Lash is a lengthening & volumizing mascara that comes with a super flexible rubber brush. It’s a really black mascara which I love as I have fair lashes. It also lengthens the lashes nicely and separates them well so you don’t have that clumpy look. It’s also super affordable which is great!

Stick It Eyeshadow Primer by Medusa’s Makeup $9.95
This has become my favourite eye shadow primer! It stops my eyeshadows from creasing and allows the shadows to really pop. It can also be used with eye pigments and pressed shadows. It’s an all natural primer and can be used all on skin tones.

Candy Apply Natural Liquid Lipstick by Claytime Australia $19.95
I received this lipstick in the August Vegan Beauty box and the packaging caught my eye first. It has a mirror on one side of the tube which I think is really convenient for reapplying on the go. The colour is a gorgeous dusty pink colour with a shimmer to it. It’s a super light weight formula that doesn’t feel sticky on the lips at all.
Gypsy Oil by Lux Aestiva $33
This beautiful body oil is suitable for all skin types and contains sweet almond oil, apricot oil, pomegranate oil and camellia oil which leaves the skin feeling super soft and supple. This oil promotes skin elasticity and helps tone and firm the skin and soothes any inflammation or irritation. I love using this oil after I use a derma oil on my face so the product can really be absorbed in the skin. It also comes in a beautiful glass bottle with flowers inside and has a gorgeous floral scent. I also love that this product is made here in Australia.
Face Halo $27
I have already done a review on the Face Halo’s that you can read here but I’ve been loving this product so much so I though I would mention it in my favourites again. I’ve been using these to remove my makeup for the last month and it takes it off in a breeze, even mascara and waterproof eyeliner.
Black Rose Nail Polish by Kester Black $20
I haven’t worn black nail polish since my emo faze but I missed how nice it could look so I bought this one and Kester Black has become one of my favourite nail polish brands. It drys really fast, last long and doesn’t really chip on the nails.
Thank you for reading and let me know what products you have been loving in August?
